Chief Executive Officer 
Daniel joined Fiberweb in June 2005 as its Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to the Board on 21 July 2006.  During 2009 he was appointed a non-executive director of Stobart Group Limited and as a Trustee of the human rights charity The Medical Foundation.  Between 1994 and 2005 he was employed by Novar plc in a variety of general management and functional positions, including Head of Corporate Development and Chief Executive Officer of Novar’s largest division, Intelligent Building Systems. He was a director of Novar plc from January 2004 until its acquisition by Honeywell in March 2005.  Earlier in his career, he worked in manufacturing management with ICI plc and as a management consultant for Arthur D. Little.  He is a chartered mechanical engineer.

Chief Financial Officer      
He joined Fiberweb in February 2008 as Director and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Fiberweb he was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Cambridge Display Technology Inc until July 2006 and was Finance Director of Xenova Group plc between 1997 and 2005. He has also held senior finance roles with Diageo plc and PepsiCo Inc. He holds an MA in law from Cambridge and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has been a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel since January 2007.

President, Asia
He joined the Fiberweb Group in September 2006 as President of Fiberweb Asia and has over 20 years previous experience in the chemical and fibers industries. Previously, Mr Chan has held positions with ICI, Allied Signal, Inc, Rexam PLC and Rhodia. Prior to joining Fiberweb, his last role was managing director, Asia for Rhodia's Polyanide Fibers and Intermediates business. He holds a chemical engineering degree from UMIST.

Chief Technology Officer
He joined the Fiberweb Group in June 2005 as its head of Research and Development and since April 2009 is Fiberweb’s CTO. He is also responsible for Marketing & Product Development for Fiberweb’s Consumer Fabric Business. Mr Heldmann has a degree and doctorate in Polymer Chemistry and has studied at Kiel University, at the Max-Planck-Institute for Polymer Research/Mainz and Cambridge University. He has 10 years of post-doctoral experience in technical development and strategic marketing roles at Hoechst AG, Clariant AG and Celanese AG.

President Americas Industrial
He joined Fiberweb in 2007 as VP Finance Americas and was promoted to President of the Americas Industrial business in July 2008. Mr Juric has nearly 20 years experience in the chemical industry and has held senior finance and business analysis roles with Nova Chemicals, Ciba Specialty Chemicals and Hercules Incorporated. He holds an MBA from West Chester University PA and is a CPA.

President Europe Industrial
He joined Fiberweb in February 2008 as President of the Europe Industrial business. Mr Oberberg has over 20 years experience within the industrial product sector including commercial and business development roles in a variety of European businesses. Most recently he spent 12 years with Dorma GmbH & Co. KG and held business integration and restructuring roles in Europe, the Middle East and USA. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Operations.

President Consumer Fabrics
He was appointed President Consumer Fabrics in November 2008 following two successful interim management assignments in Fiberweb’s Terram and Europe Hygiene businesses. Ian has over 20 years of senior management experience in UK based Building Products and Energy Service companies including as Director and Board Member of Bandt plc, and as Managing Director of MK Electric Ltd (part of Caradon plc), Fulcrum Ltd (part of Lattice plc) plc and Expamet Ltd.

Head of HR and Change
Mrs Heezen-Dokianos joined Fiberweb in January 2010 and is currently Head of Human Resources and Change. Prior to joining Fiberweb, she held various HR and business management roles with international companies such as BG Group, Rexam plc, Hay Group, Energis N.V. and Andersen Consulting and has worked in the USA, Asia, France, Benelux, Italy and the UK. Mrs Heezen-Dokianos has a masters degree in Social and Organisational Psychology
