Red 1® SHRINK Dampening Material and Red Runner™
RED•1 SHRINK Dampening Material incorporates the latest developments in fiber technology. Its unique knit construction guarantees a controlled and uniform circumferential shrink that firmly locks the cover onto the roller without pinching down the roller ends. The shrink fit eliminates any twisting or creeping even under high speed web press conditions. No special rollers are required and the problems and expense associated with critical roller tolerances are eliminated.
Red Runners advanced new fiber technology sets it apart from other dampening sleeves. Red Runner Dampening Sleeves provides the ultimate in slip-on, shrink fit design. Its unique fiber system delivers unprecedented control of ink/water balance. Red Runner Dampening Sleeves are long lasting, clean up easily and are lint-free. Unlike rigid tubes, Red Runner sleeves can't break, crack, split or shred. Washtex® XL ABC Blanket Cleaning Fabric
No other ABC fabric measures up to new Washtex® XL fabric. Washtex® XL fabric has equal or better cleaning power than all other ABC materials on the market and each roll holds up to 50% more yardage. The enhanced fabric combined with state-of-the-art converting equipment increases roll length which saves labor and downtime, giving the press more time to do what it is designed to do, print. Washtex® XL mini-rolls now have maxi-length, up to 50%more providing less change-outs.
Webril®
Webril® nonwoven material is a unique, high quality fabric manufactured by Fiberweb® for the Graphic Arts Industry. Our exclusive felting process produces 100% pure cotton products. No binders or chemicals are present. WEBRIL products will not react or contaminate developing solutions or chemicals commonly used in the printing industry. The interlocked fibers won't come apart, even when soaked in water or solvents. WEBRIL products will not scratch the most delicate coatings or surfaces. It is this process which insures the soft, pure and highly absorbent qualities for which WEBRIL wipes and pads have been known and trusted for many years.

Veratec® Graphic Arts Cheesecloth
VERATEC Cheesecloth provides the proper absorbency for applying gum. Other materials often absorb too much. Gum Arabic is an acidic water soluble gum obtained from an acadia tree. It adheres to the metal surface or plate and protects the non-image areas from oxidation, scratches, grease and dirt. When going right to press, plates should be gummed to insure the best possible performance. Veratec Cheesecloth is the ideal surface for applying a uniform, thin film of gum to an offset plate. It is soft, absorbent and can't scratch or scuff the image area. It also will leave no residue.
FlexTex® Plate Wipes
FlexTex wipes are heavyweight, extremely low lint wiping pads that can absorb up to 10 times their own weight in ink or cleaning fluids. The are ideal for cleaning flexo plates.

Photex Wipes are soft, absorbent and lint free. Photex Wipes contain no chemical or polymer binders, so they won't scratch sensitive surfaces. (Unlike paper wipes, Photex won't scratch even after repeated use.)
