Celestra® is a 100% polypropylene spunbond nonwoven for topsheet and backsheet applications in baby diaper, feminine care, and adult incontinence products.
Excell®
Fiberweb’s line of Excell® carded fabrics include polypropylene thermal bonded fabrics that are ideal for topsheet, extensible polypropylene thermal bonded fabrics for stretch laminates, thermal bonded fabrics using sustainable materials such as cotton, PLA or rayon for topsheet and backsheet applications, and resin bonded polyester fabrics for acquisition distribution layers.
Sofspan®
Sofspan® is an extensible spunbond nonwoven fabrics made with Fiberweb’s proprietary polymer blend technology. Ideal for stretch laminate applications for closure systems and stretch backsheets in baby diaper and adult incontinence products.
Securon®
Securon® is a polypropylene tri-laminate (SMS) fabric with spunbond outer layers sandwiching an inner layer of meltblown micro-fibers. Ideal for baby care and adult care applications where fluid or particle barrier properties are important such as leg cuff, backsheet, and dusting layer.
S-Tex™
S-Tex™ is a 100% polypropylene spunbond fabric with exceptional uniformity that is well suited for topsheet and backsheet applications.
Softex®
Softex® is a unique bi-component spunbond fabric featuring fibers with a polypropylene core encapsulated by a polyethylene sheath. Softex fabrics are soft yet strong and are ideal for applications in baby diaper, feminine care, and adult incontinence applications where there is a premium on softness.
