Fiberweb plc announces that Peter Hickman will resign as a non executive director and retire from the Board of Fiberweb plc effective at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 April 2009.
Peter has made a significant contribution to the Board particularly in his position as Chairman of the Audit Committee but has assumed new responsibilities which prevent him continuing as a director. The company has started a search process for a new non executive director.
