Acquisition of interest in Coronor Composites GmbH

Fiberweb plc (the “Company”) announced on 20 March that it had agreed to acquire the 50% interest of its joint venture partner Nordenia International AG in Coronor Composites GmbH subject to conditions.
The Company announces that all conditions having been met, the acquisition was completed on Wednesday 1 April 2009.
